Former President Trump is vowing to "do whatever" he can "to help the country" after the high-profile FBI seizure of government documents at his south Florida residence last week.
He told Fox News his representatives had already reached out to the Justice Department offering aid.
Trump went on to say the "temperature" of the situation has to be brought down.
However, he also called into question the validity of the Mar-a-Lago raid and said Americans won't "stand for another scam." This comes as FBI agents have been facing increased threats of violence online and an armed man attempted to breach an FBI Visitor Screening Facility in Cincinnati last week.
