The Bachelorette’s Rachel Lindsay Marries Bryan Abasolo In Mexico

The Bachelorette's Rachel Lindsay Celebrates Birthday With Fiance Bryan Abasolo At SugarHouse Casino, Philadelphia

Rachel Lindsay and Bryan Abasolo have tied the knot!

The lovebirds, who met on Lindsay's season of The Bachelorette in 2017, married in a romantic wedding ceremony at the Royalton Suites Cancun in Mexico on Saturday (August 24), PEOPLE exclusively confirmed.

“Rachel was the epitome of elegance and grace as she walked down the aisle towards Bryan. The ceremony was filled with so much joy, love and laughter,” wedding planner Michael Russo told PEOPLE of the event. “As they exchanged their personal handwritten vows, you could feel the unbridled emotion and powerful connection between them.”

Per the publication, Bachelor alums Kristina Schulman, Astrid Loch and Bibiana Julian were also in attendance for the pair's nuptials. (See their wedding photos here.)

The couple's marriage comes nearly two years after the Miami-based chiropractor got down on a bended knee to ask the 34-year-old attorney for her hand in marriage during the Bachelorette's finale episode in Spain. “It was like an out-of-body experience to hear the words that he was saying to me,” Lindsay told PEOPLE at the time. “I blanked out on what I was saying — I meant it and it was from the heart, but it was just so surreal that it was happening. … I couldn’t do anything but scream. Like that’s all I could do, I was so happy.”

Although Lindsay and Abasolo's wedding will not be televised, she previously told Us Weekly it would be filmed, adding, "maybe we’ll release it to the fans or do it with some outlet, but it won’t be, like, a special that you’ve seen in the past.”

Congratulations, Rachel and Bryan!
